I believe that the best therapeutic relationships are rooted in collaboration. I am a mindful and compassionate therapist devoted to navigating and supporting people through the various obstacles that life inevitably presents. My acumen as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has led to working with clients who have experienced difficult change, trauma, serious mental illnesses, or life altering events. These experiences and my consistent educational development has led me to employ a wide array of techniques to support clients process their emotions and guide them as they move through their discomforts.
