Nancy Hunt, LMHCA

Nancy Hunt, is a Purdue University Northwest graduate working toward licensure for her LMHC. She is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate. Nancy has years of teaching experience in higher education and as an academic counselor. Nancy believes it is important to discover life's meaning and purpose as she takes an existential-humanistic approach to help reduce essential issues such as death, meaninglessness, isolation, and freedom. Her therapy style is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can address their mental health needs without judgment. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Nancy has experience with career exploration and mindfulness meditation, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral approach.
